Role Description
The Admin and Accounts Officer role is a full-time, on-site role, located in Lahore. We are looking for an experienced individual to manage all administrative and financial procedures in our Lahore office, including bookkeeping, budget preparation, financial reports, and general office administration, payroll and timesheet management, event management, Inventory Management, Office décor and maintenance. Admin and Accounts Officer will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.

Responsible of overall office outlook and maintenance. Prepares a list of deficiencies and assists administration to improve office outlook
·???????? Provides Secretarially Support to Senior Management?
·???????? Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
·???????? Ensures completion of paperwork, signing and security procedures including fleet management.?
·???????? Answers all incoming/outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and routes calls to the appropriate department

Qualifications
·???????? Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
·???????? 1+ years of experience in an administrative and finance role with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping and accounting
·???????? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts, as well as regulatory requirements
·???????? Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
·???????? Proficiency in relevant software including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Excel
·???????? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
·???????? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·???????? Experience in the technology industry is a plus
·???????? Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of confidentiality
