?? Key Responsibilities

As an Actuarial Analyst, you will:

?? Data Processing & Analysis – Cleanse and process data to support actuarial modeling. ?? Reserving & Pricing – Perform Experience & Exposure rating to build multi-dimensional loss models. ?? Reinsurance Strategy – Estimate reserving/pricing and determine optimal reinsurance structures. ?? Industry Research & Benchmarking – Contribute to market studies and thought leadership initiatives. ?? Innovation & Automation – Develop tools, automate processes, and enhance actuarial methodologies.

?? Skills & Experience Required

? Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Stats, Maths, Economics, or Commerce. ? Actuarial Exams: Minimum 2 actuarial exams cleared from IAI or IFoA, with a commitment to further qualification. ? Technical Skills: Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, R, Power BI is a plus. ? Industry Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience or a strong actuarial internship background. ? Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
