Well, summer is officially over. I hope you enjoyed the long holiday weekend.

When Covid first became a thing in March of 2020, the Hirewell team launched?Careerwell . Collectively, Hirewell recruiters have helped tens of thousands of people find jobs.?So we know a few things about the process. There were suddenly millions of people out of work.?And we wanted to help.

Then the job market heated up. So did our content efforts. But we focused more on helping companies hire. We slowed down our job seeker content.?The demand wasn’t as high. And our team was spread a bit too thin.

Fast forward a couple of years and layoffs are back. Our team has grown. We have even more experience helping folks find jobs.?
