HIRED AGAIN!
Welcome back to where we fill you in on the latest topics at The Attention Seeker (ATTN).
This newsletter is coming from Ashley Short, The ATTN Marketing Manager.
This week we are discussing MORE HIRES!
Do we ever stop?
Let's meet The Attention Seeker newbies.
And don't worry, it's a short week here in NZ, so this newsletter's going to stay on brand and be short too.

First up! We have Cleo Cargill!
Hiya, I'm Cleo -TAS's new Account Manager,
I'm a newly appointed Jafa- having just moved to Auckland a month ago.
I had been following The Attention Seekers' journey for a while and loved their unconventional way of doing things (great marketing tactics on Ashley and Jony's end - pulling me in - who said that ??).
The team are not afraid of trying new shit; they don't care about outside validation and not afraid of failure.
In my short time here, it's really cool to see that they really are about the team.
I've got a lot to learn, so I just want to jump in whenever I can and contribute to this team of legends.
A little about me: I've been lucky enough to call over 20 different countries home before landing back in New Zealand, just before the whole Covid craziness.
My work journey has been a mixed bag, from hospitality, events management, sales and marketing to even sailing the seven seas on a superyacht (nope, nothing like "Below Deck").
I'm not cut out for the usual 9-5 grind; I love the variety and, most of all, connecting with people from all walks of life.
On sunny days, you'll find me at the beach, hanging out with friends, catching waves, taking a dip, and sharing good food and laughs over a cold one.
Rays (sun), gays, culture, stories and the ocean- my cup is full.

Madi Rakete
Kia ora, I’m Madi.
And I’m TAS’s new Community Manager.
I’m from lil ol’ Invergiggle, but have recently moved from Welly to the big smoke.
I’ve worked at Les Mills doing sales, as a Bartender, and as a makeup artist. I’ve always had a passion for marketing. At my last job I was a social media and project coordinator at an advertising agency.
I have a huge passion in making people feel good about themselves – however, I can do that creatively. I just like making people smile. I’ve found ways in this through little hobbies: makeup, performing, photography, social media. If it’s fun for me, and fun for them, it’s a win-win!
I’ve known about TAS for a while. I think last year I saw a post on LinkedIn and started following them. I resonated a lot with their way of thinking, their values and it helped that I loved the work they were producing.
I’m loving learning about their systems, processes, and expertise from the team already. It’s exciting seeing how everyone interacts with clients and get shit done.

It's wonderful to see your team grow and embody the vision you're chasing in New York. ?? Maybe a virtual coffee session could bridge the gap a bit more? ? Keep soaring high!
