3 年Thank you for these insights Franziska. We still need to focus on hiring and promoting more women leaders - as disappointing as that may be. There are lots of elements to the solution as you say, in mindset and society. Employers can move the needle by insisting they are presented with a candidate pool that is diverse. I know you can help them see potential in great candidates.
