Hip-Hop, Are We Still Pham, or Does Money Trump Everything?

When four rap superstars capitulated to Trump, what that told me is that hip-hop, a sibling in my home has changed on me and opened a gate that I’m not sure can be closed. Will other artists feel no obligation to the culture and people that propped them up?

So my question is this: Are we still tight or have you left me in the ‘hood, alone and fending for myself?
