Kendrick is a GenZ icon and a powerful ambassador for the hip-hop community. His work has earned him a Pulitzer Prize and 14 Grammy Awards, making him one of the most successful and influential rapers of all time. He is a role model for young people who want to be successful in life.?
Cash App is trying to appeal to Generation Z by touting its services as being more ‘cool’ and ‘culturally aligned’ than those of its competitors - Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Hip-Hop integration seems to be working. Cash App recently surpassed Venmo for total downloads. (Venmo still has more active users.)
