Every year, I do a program in July called Midyear Manifesto that takes people into the second half of the year because, circumstantially, life seems to just get in the way of our best laid plans. Those resolutions we so resolutely set in January have become a dream for another time. The magic of the new year has often been erased. 

But 2020 was astronomically different for everyone on the planet. Nobody went into this year thinking it would have been like this.

Hindsight 2020 is a free Masterclass that leads in that program. It's about extracting the best of the beginning of the year, and setting a new context for the rest of the year. It's about really closing out the beginning of the year powerfully, doing some emotional healing work, rewiring our hearts and minds around what has happened in 2020, and spending some focus on forgiveness. We are going to shape the beginning of 2020 in our bodies so that we take the best of it and can walk into the second half of the year feeling determined, purposeful, and driven.

By the end of Hindsight 2020 you will be ready to begin this year again in July, without eradicating the start of the year, but with a brand new start. You will be prepared to kick off the second half of 2020 like it's a whole new year!

When I get to the end of my days, I want to leave behind a legacy where women are creating lives that give freedom to themselves and everyone around them, and they’re doing it entirely in their own way.
