Hilton's Third Quarter Earnings Results

Today, 希尔顿全球酒店集团 released our third quarter earnings results. Our performance has once again exceeded our expectations, surpassing the high end of our guidance – and system-wide RevPAR exceeded the same period in 2019, a notable milestone in our recovery. As always, I want to thank our Team Members for their continued commitment to sharing our signature hospitality with our guests and delivering for all the stakeholders we serve around the world.

Among our many highlights from the quarter:

• Diluted Adj. EPS and Adj. EBITDA exceeded the high end of our guidance, and both metrics were up year-over-year.
• We opened 80 new hotels, including the 600th Hilton Hotels & Resorts property, as well as surpassing 25,000 rooms under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand and 100,000 rooms in Europe.
• We signed nearly 20,000 new rooms in the quarter, growing our development pipeline to 416,000 rooms.
• We were recognized by Fortune and Great Place To Work US as the #2 World’s Best Workplace and the #1 Best Workplace for Women in the U.S.
