Hilton's Second Quarter Earnings Results

Today we released our second quarter earnings results, and our performance has exceeded our expectations. As a result, we are raising our full year guidance. As always, I want to thank our Team Members for their exceptional commitment to our hospitality and the stakeholders we serve around the world.

Among our many highlights from the quarter:

• System-wide comparable RevPAR, Diluted Adj. EPS, net income, and Adj. EBITDA all exceeded the high end of guidance, including a system-wide comparable RevPAR increase of 54.3% compared to the same period in 2021;
• We signed 23,000 rooms in the quarter, growing our development pipeline to 413,000 rooms; and,
• We were inducted into DiversityInc’s Hall of Fame, an incredible recognition of the inclusive culture we are building together.

Our team continues to focus on delivering the best, most reliable stays for all our guests and around the world, we’re serving more travelers in more destinations.
