Hilton's Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Earnings Results

Today, 希尔顿全球酒店集团 released our fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings results. Around the world, we are deep into recovery with RevPAR for the full year up meaningfully versus 2021 and approximately 1% shy of 2019 levels. The progress we’ve made over the last few years has been nothing short of remarkable, and I want to thank our Team Members for their continued commitment to creating unforgettable stays for our guests and delivering for all our stakeholders.

Among our many highlights:

• System-wide occupancy reached 67%, up versus the third quarter and just three points below 2019 levels.
• We opened nearly a hotel a day in 2022, including our 60,000th Home2 Suites by Hilton room, our 150,000th DoubleTree by Hilton room, our 200th hotel in CALA, and our 600th hotel in Asia Pacific.
• We closed the year with a record development pipeline of more than 416,000 rooms, and we have more rooms under construction than any other hotel company.
• We were recognized by Fortune and Great Place To Work US as the #2 World’s Best Workplace, and included on the World and North America Dow Jones Sustainability Indices for the sixth consecutive year.
