Hilton reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Earnings Results

Today, we released our fourth quarter and full year earnings results, and I’m pleased to share that we delivered another strong quarter of performance, leading to a record year of growth. Thanks to our team members, we marked several key milestones and surpassed our expectations on both top and bottom-line results. Highlights include:

• For the full year, adding nearly 100,000 rooms, which was the single biggest increase in rooms in our history, helping us to achieve net unit growth of 7.3%.
• Expanding our lifestyle and luxury portfolios, which represented roughly half of all openings in the year and now includes more than 900 hotels worldwide.
• Delivering record levels of signings and construction starts, giving us great momentum into 2025.
• Welcoming more than 224 million guests to our properties, more than any year in our history.
• In the fourth quarter, opening our first Tapestry Collection hotels in Paraguay, Bonaire, and Australia, driving the brand to 150 hotels in over 20 countries and territories worldwide.
• Ending the year with several notable signings, including our first Motto in China and agreements to debut LXR, Curio, and Hampton in Morocco.
