Hilton Hotel Construction Moves Forward

A $49 million new eight-story, 252 guest room Hilton Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida will being construction after securing a million permit from the city.?The hotel is expected to be completed by 2025. It’s located at 4745 Transformation Way, just south of the Mayo Clinic hospital’s 4500 San Pablo Road campus.?The 184,111-square-foot hotel will have 16,000 square feet dedicated to meeting room spaces and the capability host large events with a ballroom.?The project is a partnership between Mayo Clinic and Hilton.?Whitman Peterson is property manager, William A. Randolph Inc. is the general contractor, and DLR Group is the architect.??
