Hilton Home2 Suites Hotel Planned for Smithfield

Developer Wintergreen Hospitality is planning to build a Home2 Suites Hilton Hotel located on 2.3 acre lot off E. Market Street t Towne Centre Place in Smithfield, North Carolina. Next to Interstate 95,?the 5-story hotel project was granted a special use permit by the Smithfield Town Council.?The hotel will sit next to a Hampton Inn that Wintergreen Hospitality also developed.
