Hilton Branded Hotel Planned at Cowan
Developers are planning to build a new dual branded Hilton Hotel at 611 Cowan St in Nashville, Tennessee.?The project is being proposed by Emerge Hospitality Group and RevPAR Cos calling for a 17 story dual-branded Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites by Hilton. The 200,000-square-foot building would include 216 hotel guest rooms, as well as 1,000 square feet of ground-level retail and a rooftop bar. Kimley-Horn & Associates and Elevate Architecture Studio are designing the project.
