The best path to the hundred things that should be done is often defining the handful that shouldn't.
We like to think in inverses at times to more clearly define what works - What we mean by this is, if the objective is to sell a business or secure capital for a business with the best terms/variables possible, what would allow for that to take place?
An expansive question, however, a good place to start is - What would make it difficult or challenging to accomplish this and, by extension, what should be avoided?
We continue to push forward - and continue to be impressed by the incredible companies and people we have the privilege of meeting and working with every day.
