Hilarion Heagy to Said Abdul Latif
The Journey of Dunya to Deen
Allah Ta'ala has opened many paths for whomever He accepts for Islam. An example of this is Catholic priest Hilarion Heagy. ?He has been trying to learn about Islam for twenty years. After twenty years, he found the right path and accepted Islam. After receiving Islam he named himself Said Abdul Latif.
It is not an easy matter for a religious priest to accept Islam. If a common man abandons his religion and adopts another religion, he has family problems. However, if a religious priest agrees with another religion, then pressure comes on him from his followers and their organizations. A religious priest preaches his faith after gaining deep knowledge of his religion. How to find time to gain knowledge about other religions while promoting his religion. To leave his faith, he must acquire more knowledge about other religions than his own. As I said earlier, Allah makes everything easy for whomever He accepts.?
Said Abdul Latif has been warmly welcomed by the Muslim Ummah all over the world. Then He said the news of his conversion to Islam spread very quickly, and he is getting so much support from all over the world, which he never imagined. He said it was unbelievable.

Allah Ta'ala says in the Holy Qur'an:
And Allah is going to give you, and you will be satisfied. (Surah: Ad_Dhuha-5)
He said since my conversion to Islam is now officially public, He wrote a blog and answered everyone's questions at once. He writes a great blog on medium.com. He said it felt "like coming home". He has mentioned his journey to becoming a Muslim. He gave a road map from which resources he used to receive knowledge to accept Islam. The title of his blog is Resources Along the Way.
Those who want to know about Islam can gain valuable knowledge from these resources. I urge everyone to read these books and gain knowledge from other resources.

But you don’t actually know honey until you taste it. And then you know. It was this way for me in Medina. I had studied Islam all of my life, but in Medina and in Mecca I tasted it. In Medina, we were given honey — honey from Paradise.” Said Abdul Latif writes about his first Umra
