Highly Successful Networking Event with Over 30 Attendees on September 7th in Andover!

We hope this newsletter finds you well and buzzing with enthusiasm following our recent Speed Networking Session on September 7th at the iconic Keystone Hall. It was a morning of connections, reflections, and some unexpected revelations!

The event kicked off with an interesting icebreaker: a check-in where participants were encouraged to identify which "role" best described their feelings about being at the event. We had some fascinating responses:

Prisoner: A few of you confessed to feeling a bit like prisoners, attending under protest. Hey, we get it – early mornings aren't for everyone!

Adventurer: On the flip side, we had those of you who were thrilled about the opportunity to learn and connect. You were the true adventurers in the room!

Holiday Maker: And then there were those who couldn't contain their excitement, treating this networking event like a vacation from the office. Woo hoo indeed!

We all had a good laugh as we realized that our diverse group shared some common feelings about networking events, and it was a great way to break the ice.

Following this light-hearted start, we delved into some Words of Wisdom, sharing insights that people had gained on their 30,000th day of life. It's incredible how these reflections can be both profound and deeply personal. The final gem that we discussed together was "Ho'oponopono":

It was a touching reminder of the importance of forgiveness, love, and gratitude in our lives, and it set a thoughtful tone for the rest of the event.

The highlight of the morning was undoubtedly our activity on 'One-Word.' We asked attendees to sum up their roles or occupations in just one word, a word that truly encapsulated the essence and feeling of their job. The responses were eye-opening.

Some found that their roles were much more meaningful than they'd initially thought. It was a powerful exercise in self-awareness and a reminder that every job has its unique value.

We are truly grateful for the incredible feedback we received after the session. Your insights, suggestions, and compliments reaffirmed our commitment to creating valuable networking experiences for our community.
