THE HIGHLY CORRUPT STATE OF AFFAIRS OF JAMAICA'S OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Under the Leadership of Attorney General Marlene Malahoo Forte and Solicitor General Nicole Foster Pusey, in collusion with corrupt judges in the Jamaican Courts.

Jamaica’s Office the Attorney General functions opposite to all civilized countries of the world, Office of the Attorney General. In all civilized countries such office ensures that the administration of public affairs is in accordance with the law and protect the rights of the public, while condemning public officers who carry out unlawful activities in the course of their public service duties. On the contrary Jamaica’s Office of the Attorney General Lawyers does the opposite.

In Jamaica the Lawyers of the Attorney General under the direction of the Attorney General and the Solicitor General uses the office to defend all wrong doers, public officers in their unlawful activities in public service of this country. The Attorney General Lawyers operates as if they are in private practice in that they must win every case for every public servant who carries out unlawful activities to others in the course of their duty. That is these the Attorney General Lawyers totally ignored their objective that, their duty is to ensure that the administration of public affairs is in accordance with the law and not to defend unlawful culprits in their unlawful activities.

Jamaica’s Attorney General Lawyers carry out their ill and contradictory objective to maintain their friendship with corrupt public officers, and goes beyond the call of duty to use every unscrupulous and corrupt ways in the Court of Law. One such well known way is to influence judges in the Supreme Court of Jamaica in highly corrupt ways to rule in their favor. In carrying out such corruptions the Attorney General’s Lawyers breached all rules of law, manufacture corrupt evidences, breach Claimants constitutional rights, influence Registry staff to backdate documents for them and buy out their corrupt judge colleagues to rule in their favor. In the course, trampled the rights of a Claimant who is the victim of both corrupt public officers in the work place and corruption in the Supreme Court of Jamaica.

A classical example is in my court case recently carried out in the Supreme Court of Jamaica. The Attorney General’s highly corrupt Lawyer Susan Reid Jones influence two corrupt Judges the Supreme Court; Master Rosemarie Harris and Master Pamella Mason, in grossly unlawful ways, in breach of all rules of law, to rule in her favor. The Attorney General Lawyers prey on and take advantage of poor self-represented Claimants who they believe are fools. In such, I pretended to be a fool just to catch them in the corrupt activities of both Attorney General’s Layer and the corrupt judges in the Supreme Court of Jamaica, to show to the world the corrupt Justice System in Jamaica.

The appalling things about the Attorney General Lawyers is that even when the culprits/ the unlawful public service officers are not challenging the case as they admit their faults, the Attorney General Lawyers still carry out corruption in the Supreme Court of Jamaica to get a judgment in their favor. In addition the Attorney General Lawyers behave like common criminals, in that they refused to serve court documents using standard procedure by hand and they go to court and lie that they are unable to find persons. Another three Lawyers from the Attorney General's office involved in these corruptions are; Dale Austin, Deidre Pinnock and Carson Hamilton.

In most law suits in Jamaica’s Office of the Attorney General, the culprits/ unlawful public officers are not challenging the cases/ cannot put up a defense, in which the law suits can be settled out of Court, but the Attorney General of Jamaica waste public resources to go to Court to challenge every case using unlawful means of corruption of Judges to get a win. Instead of condemning the unlawful culprits and request their removal from the public service in keeping with the civilized world. On the contrary Jamaica’s office of the Attorney General try to defend all wrong doers in the public service, hence corrupting the Public Service of Jamaica significantly, more and more every day.

So in conclusion, Jamaica’s Office of the Attorney General operates in the most uncivilized ways, in comparison to all civilized countries in the world. Their uncivilized motive at all times is to go to court to win cases, to live for corrupt friendship with public officials. Totally contrary to what the roles and functions of all civilized and decent countries in the world functions of the Office of the Attorney General is about.

It is with great pride that I am using my own cases, as case study research to show to the world the corrupt justice system that exist in Jamaica, hence a leading cause of the high crime and violence in Jamaica.
