This interactive workshop invites participants to envision a future where humans and nature thrive in harmony, guided by Symbiocene principles and future thinking techniques. Through collaborative ideation and AI-powered scenario generation, attendees will explore innovative solutions in key areas to help shape a nature-positive and sustainable future.

What can 60,000 years of adapting teach us? First Nations peoples in Australia have made it this far. But how well are we integrating 60,000 years of practice in the way we design our future? To demonstrate the possible, this session with Paul Girrawah House & Chris Andrew takes a First Nations story and showcases how it has been adapted to the world of finance. This session also features Bruce Chapman, architect of the HECS scheme, exploring how we can design innovative ways to pay for adaptation and invest in our long-term future

The wellbeing economy and the case for economic systems change
