1. AI Innovations in Microsoft 365:

• Copilot Actions: allows users to automate routine tasks within Microsoft 365 applications. Users can create automated prompts that are either scheduled, triggered by changes, or used on demand. For example, you can instruct Copilot to "summarize progress and next actions on project [X] from this week's chats and emails—post in Teams." This capability significantly enhances productivity by streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort.
• Enhanced Agent Capabilities: The introduction of autonomous agents marks a significant leap forward in user interaction with Microsoft applications. These agents can respond to changes, run on schedules, and come with a library of templates for various functions. Prebuilt agents include:

1. Facilitator: Acts as a meeting note-taker and chat summarizer.
2. Interpreter: Provides real-time speech translation.
3. Project Manager: Creates project tasks and tracks completion.
4. Employee Self-Service Agent: Answers HR and IT questions from your knowledge bases.
5. SharePoint Agents: Now generally available, these built-in agents provide answers based on site documents and content.

• Copilot Studio Enhancements: The Copilot Studio has become multi-modal, supporting voice and images. With the new Agent SDK, developers can create custom agents leveraging Azure AI and Semantic Kernel, grounded in Microsoft 365 data while adhering to Copilot Trust guardrails.
• Copilot in Teams: Soon, Copilot will understand content shared on screen during calls, enhancing collaboration by answering questions like "What were the sales forecast numbers shown in the early slides?" or "What slides did we agree to change?" Additionally, it will summarize files shared in both one-on-one and group chats.
• Copilot in PowerPoint: A new "narrative builder" feature will facilitate structured deck creation, translations into 40 languages, and improved support for company deck templates and imagery.
• Copilot Prompt Gallery: This feature offers personalized prompt recommendations, trending/upvoted prompts, and suggestions for agent prompts, making it easier for users to leverage Copilot's capabilities effectively.
• Data Governance Enhancements: The inclusion of SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) within the M365 Copilot license means advanced data reporting and policy controls are available at no extra charge. Additionally, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures ensure sensitive documents cannot be summarized by Copilot or used as grounding data.

2. Windows 365 Link:

- A new compact device designed for Windows 365 services was announced, enabling seamless access to cloud-hosted Windows environments. This thin client PC is perfect for businesses seeking efficient cloud solutions.

3. Zero Day Quest Competition:

- Microsoft introduced a unique in-person hacking competition aimed at identifying security vulnerabilities related to cloud and AI operations. This initiative underscores Microsoft's commitment to security research and community collaboration.
