Highlights from FIDAE: the Latin America's Premier Aerospace Exhibition

The FIDAE - FERIA INTERNACIONAL DEL AIRE Y DEL ESPACIO took place from April 9 to 14 in Santiago de Chile and was a resounding success, showcasing the latest advances in aerospace and defense technology. This is how we experienced it from Entrol.

At FIDAE we had the support of José Miguel Silva, our agent in the country, whose help was invaluable in navigating the bustling exhibition. Of course, we took the opportunity to meet with three of our customers in the country - Fuerza Aérea de Chile (FACH), Armada de Chile and CARABINEROS DE CHILE , with whom we shared fruitful meetings and promising conversations.

Bell 206: more than 12 years supporting the Chilean Air Force

One of the highlights was the positive response of the FACH to our Bell 206 simulator, which has been operating in their facilities for 12 years and was upgraded two years ago with new projectors, which further improved its performance.

New simulators are on the way

On the other hand, we also had the opportunity to meet with the Chilean Navy, coinciding with their factory acceptance tests of our en-1000x simulator, who remarked their excitement to receive the simulator in the coming weeks.?

In addition to our commitments in Chile, we seized the moment to meet with our agents in Argentina and Colombia, further consolidating our presence throughout the continent.?

FIDAE, where collaboration soars and opportunities abound

With delegations from every corner of Latin America, FIDAE stands as the preeminent defense expo in the region, offering unparalleled networking and collaboration prospects.

Beyond industry professionals, the exhibition drew a diverse array of enthusiasts during its public days, many of them consistently impressed by the quality of our flight simulators, leaving us gratified by their positive reception.

Finally, we had the pleasure of attending an event at the Spanish embassy, where we were able to converse with the ambassador and several attendees.

Our experience at FIDAE was marked by productive exchanges, promising prospects, and a reaffirmation of our commitment to excellence in aerospace simulation.

We eagerly anticipate the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to innovate and collaborate within the dynamic aerospace landscape of Latin America.
