Highlights from BioTechX 2024 in Basel!

This week, I had the privilege of giving the opening keynote speech at BioTechX 2024 Europe’s largest biotechnology congress. It was an incredible opportunity to participate in a conference attended by over 3,000 industry thought leaders, allowing us to explore critical topics such as diagnostics, precision medicine, and digital transformation.

One of the standout moments was discussing the integration of AI in the pharmaceutical lifecycle. It was inspiring to see how companies like Bayer are leveraging AI to enhance patient outcomes and streamline drug development processes. The real-world applications of AI showcased at the conference truly highlight its transformative potential in our industry. Additionally, we explored how multimodality improves precision medicine by integrating diverse data sources, leading to more personalized healthcare decisions.
