I'm writing this from?the?outskirts of?Ithaca,?NY as I settle in for a visit with my daughter after a short tour of my old NJ haunts and buddies (sorry for any attitude in this edition!). I also finally met my U of Delaware mentee?in person after 3 years of zoom calls. And...important public service announcement - Daylight Saving Time starts this weekend:

- Don't start with sleep debt.?Get in the habit of sleeping 7-9 hours every night.?

- Start going to bed 15-20 minutes earlier?every day leading up to Sunday.?

- Expose yourself to bright light?upon waking and minimize exposure before bed to reset your internal clock.?
