Scratch Foundation Global Conference | 2024

We are thrilled to celebrate our amazing teammate, Deepa KE, who took the stage at the Scratch Foundation 's Global Conference 2024!?

We are grateful to be a part of the #IndianEquitableLearningEcosystem by QUEST Alliance which gave us the opportunity to work alongside incredible grassroots organisations to empower young learners from underserved communities with essential skills.?

We’re so proud to see Deepa representing IndiVillage Foundation on a global platform, and we are excited to continue our journey towards reimagining education together!?

Our Programs In Action

We are excited to share that our programs are in action! In our STEM education program, students are diving into Scratch programming, crafting digital stories, and building confidence in technology with support from QUEST Alliance . Meanwhile, our early childhood education program is sparking creativity through art sessions in partnership with Saturday Art Class , where our young learners express themselves and gain confidence. We are also stocking our classrooms with story books and we are all set to begin storytelling sessions in the coming weeks. We are proud to see our students explore, create, and thrive!

?What Happens In Our Bootcamps?

Our newly onboarded team of fellows went through an action-packed boot camp, and we are beyond excited to share the journey with you. From hands-on learning sessions to fun-filled activities, our team bonded, grew, and prepared to bring our transformative programs to the communities we work with.

Through our boot camps, we are supercharging our team's skills and equipping them to excel in their roles, creating a lasting impact in the communities we work with.

Making Learning Fun and Creative

This month, learners across our 7 locations participated in an innovative unplugged coding activity. Students designed and built Rube Goldberg machines using everyday objects, demonstrating signal passing in code blocks.

Key learning outcomes:

This hands-on challenge brought coding concepts to life, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills essential for future innovators.
