As many of us know, a great "hack" for building early-stage teams is to seek out former colleagues and others with shared experiences. The idea is with shared experience, a common vernacular and rhythm prexists and this dynamic speeds up the process by which a new team gels.

At GreenLite, while many of us are former colleagues, 50% of us are U.S. Military Veterans. We've been able to successfully accelerate GreenLite in large part due to this shared experience and common DNA. We're proud of our shared service and celebrate those members of our team who've served!

Happy Veterans Day to all who've served, and Happy 247th Birthday, Marines!
