Highlighting Emerging Talent at GuestTek: An Inspiring Conversation with Aneta Rabiega!

We are excited to feature an exclusive interview with Aneta Rabiega , who brings immense expertise across multiple departments and has recently celebrated her sixteenth year at GuestTek.

Briefly describe your journey from when you started to your position today?

I started my journey with GuestTek in 2007 as Tier 1 Support Agent. This was one of my first jobs when I was still a student. At the time, I believed this will just be temporary work for me!

After few years, I have moved on to work in our Customer Care department – my work revolved around processing RMA’s and scheduling technicians. Later on, I was promoted to Client Account Manager within the same department.

Once an opportunity became available to join our Sales team - I decided to take it. Later on, the Sales Coordinator role was transformed into taking on some responsibilities of our Operations team in EMEA.

This is the department I am still with today as Director of Project Management EMEA.

What do you enjoy about your role?

In my current role, I secure the smooth run of projects in EMEA. I ensure the team follows the processes and hotel standards. Of course, the best aspect of the position is the ability to work with a great team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Installers, TDE’s, Procurement Specialists.

We have built a great team across EMEA - there is a wealth of knowledge within the team and we learn from each other every day. If any challenge arises, our team in EMEA can always come together and find a solution!
