You idiots are nothing but a disease in the society. Non conformity is dripping off of your words from day one. Why would you assume that people who made the laws and regulations, the higher system of democracy and the political discourse were not smart people? Do you not know that the difference between animals and human beings is conforming to laws and regulations? People like you give ideas to average joes which they cannot handle. Have you ever thought about that? I know you might not answer or publish this but I just want you to consider this point of view as well.

Yes I have thought about this Sanam, since I suffer from this very very rare condition called "Thinking." Its a weird condition. You should try it sometimes. You'll see how painful it is, especially under these laws and regulations. But dont worry, the education system we belong to is helping kids get rid of this disease for good. In a few years we will have no 'thinking disease' and just harmony. And to answer the first part of your question, the difference between us and animals is not 'conformity', or have you never been to a farm? or kept a dog or trained a cat? Or seen a herd of sheep in a movie at least? The difference between us and animals is not that we can follow the laws and regulations, but its the ability to 'make' the laws and regulations which satisfies the intelligent design of our make. And some human beings go even beyond that and challenge the laws and practices that dont speak to the inner core of the very race of human beings.

Dear Sahil,

I am a leadership trainer and I believe that leaders are not made but are born. That's why some places have never produced leaders with all the education and exposure specially now with the global internet age. Are leaders made or born?People I have been trained by have 50/50 split in this belief but countries like Pakistan make my case very strong? I need your opinion on this. 

Answer:

Dear Arsalan, 

I think this is a wrong question to ask. Let me correctly place the prism for you. Leaders are born or made is of little concern to the science of leadership. Especially in Pakistan and the likes. The more concerning thing and right angle to look at is to say that that 'Followers are definitely MADE'.

And that's exactly whats going on here. instead of developing or provoking leadership acumen in our kids, we are "MAKING sure" they follow the shallow definitions of success and failures that we wasted our lives upon. Even if leaders were are by birth, and even if some leaders were born in Pakistan, we have MADE a system of creating followers not leaders. And that born leader is going to lead us into perfecting this slavery. 

Leadership is a 'Science of creating believers of the higher purpose'. Even if we were to assume that someone is gifted with the acumen of this SCIENCE  by birth, then he is by no means free from getting trained and developed on perfecting this science, since its human beings and their welfare we are talking about. Cleansing your own syndromes and adaptive disorders especially in this day and age is the minimum you can do for your people. This is why Pakistan is suffering because the mental and spiritual illness of our leaders was not cleansed at all, even if (for the sake of argument i believe that) they were born to lead. And the diseases you carry from before your roles only grow to mammoth proportions after you have the authority to lead and rule. 

 QUESTION:

Sir why do you assume that everyone has the same purpose? I need and want totally different things in life than my own brother. How can he be in the same role as I am and still be satisfied?

lets clear something first. Roles and responsibilities are not the purpose. They are the pathways to the purpose. If you dont know the purpose, then you'll obviously pick and aspire for wrong roles and responsibilities. The common values, calls for morality and needs to satisfy all these which you, your brother and me and my brother have tell us very clearly of how and where to define the purpose. Justice, social value, security, spiritual ease, integrity, dignity, happiness and value of a human being that you require is exactly what I and my brother requires as well. This is where your purpose and my purpose can align itself very clearly and easily. Now it is of very little relevance as to what roles and responsibilities you or your brother takes to get there. Choose your path to satisfy your own intelligence and inclination, but choose your purpose to satisfy your intelligent design and inner core.
