I wrote The Prosperous Coach as an *antidote* to the incessant noise online, telling coaches to build their business on the internet—when you can build a word-of-mouth business, one powerful conversation at a time.

In February 2020, my Serve Lead Serve Facebook group didn't exist. Today it has 6,442 members.
