High temperature and high pressure dyeing machine from YiHuang

All of the dyeing machine including the high temperature and high pressure should be cleaned after use. There are deposits on the inner wall of the cylinder by long time use. Deposits can affect the use of dyeing machine in the dyeing process, and may affect the quality of dyed fabrics.

Most of users often use NaOH or acidic sulfite detergent to wash the tank to remove oligomers of the high temperature and high pressure dyeing machines. Some users may use carriers to facilitate the dissolution of oligomers. Some users may adding high temperature-resistant dispersants to slow down the precipitation of oligomers. Other users adopt the way of rapidding cooling and high temperature drainage to prevent oligomer deposition and agglomeration.

Hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid can clean the alkali scale, calcium salt and lint,and the effect is just ok, but it has a significant impact on stainless steel. That's why I recommend to use Yihuang YOH-300A Series dyeing machine which have self internal spraying and rinsing system, it can clean the cylinder body immediatly to reduce adverse effects. And we use 316L 03version corrosion-resistant stainless steel which is better than normal 316L stainless steel for the inner wall of the dye vat.
