High Speed, High Tech, and High Touch: The Trifecta for Business Success

In the 1990s, I held a keynote for a group of Norwegian business owners about strategies for survival in a fast-developing and very competitive industry. I based my keynote on three principles: High Speed, High Tech, and High Touch.

A few days ago, I tried to find my old presentation but could not find it, so I fed some keywords into ChatGPT and asked it to write an article based on my input.

To my joy, Chat GPT's story was exactly the same one I had presented to business owners in the 1990s.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: In the end, businesses exist to serve their customers. A high-touch strategy ensures that companies remain attuned to their customers' needs, feedback, and sentiments, leading to improved loyalty and brand advocacy.

Conclusion

The combination of High Speed, High Tech, and High Touch is the new mantra for businesses looking to thrive in the current market dynamics.
