1 个月I consider saturated fats as a source of energy and a source of oil-soluble vitamins like Vitamins A, D, E & K. Mankind has been eating this since the olden days. It is a natural food. It cannot be bad. Trans fats are not natural fats. All natural fats have a cis configuration.
