High-risk patient undergoes Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair

62 year old female with end-stage lung disease presents with chest pain, SOB, and >7cm aortic arch aneurysm. To avoid sternotomy the patient was offered an endovascular aortic arch repair with snorkel grafts to the innominate and left carotid arteries and a left carotid to subclavian artery bypass.
