Wasim Jarrah is not just a successful real estate broker in Newmarket, Ontario, he’s also widely regarded for his years of industry advocacy in Ottawa, Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). From Electrical Engineer to Real Estate Broker: Wasim’s Journey
Wasim, who immigrated from Lebanon in 1988 to escape the country’s civil war, was originally trained as an electrical engineer. He stumbled into the world of real estate after finding his previous profession isolating. Investing in condos in Toronto in 2006 sparked his interest in real estate, where he discovered a passion for working with people and sales.
With eight years at Royal LePage, a stint at Home Life, and most recently, eight years at Keller Williams Realty Centres, Wasim’s focus on referrals has been key to his success. Additionally, he represents several charity organizations in his community, handling their real estate portfolios.?
