Structure

1. The inner liner of the test box is made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, the outer box is made of steel plate and sprayed plastic, the sample rack is gasket and telescopic spring, the original equipment is made of aluminum alloy material, and the water tray in the box is also made of stainless steel. The use of these materials can extend the service life of the equipment.

2, because the equipment needs to carry out ultraviolet aging detection, including 8 fluorescent ultraviolet lamps, the lamps are installed into four in a row, installed in two rows, the tubes of each row of lamps are installed in parallel, the center distance of the lamp is 70㎜, the tube power is 40W, and the tube length is 1200㎜. The range of the uniform working area of the test chamber is 900×210㎜, and there are many types of ultraviolet fluorescent lamps on the market. UVA-340 and UVB-313 are commonly used, and customers can choose the right lamp source according to their specific needs.

To make the condensation stage of the surface of the test sample produce a stable condensation condition, the test chamber should be from the bottom through the outer wall of the chamber and the passage of the test sample to produce natural air convection.

4, the water steam is generated by the low water tray of the heating box, the water depth is not more than 25㎜, and there is an automatic water supply controller, the water tray should be regularly cleaned to prevent the formation of scale.
