Our friction materials guarantee an optimal coefficient of friction between the wire rope and the sheave. 1. With higher hardness, 70-76HD;
2. The friction coefficient under normal working conditions is greater than 0.25;
3. It has good thermal stability and will not melt when the surface temperature of the friction liner groove increases due to abnormal sliding caused by unexpected factors;
4. Good processing performance, easy to process rope groove on site, and free of materials that damage the wire rope;
5. The friction pad can withstand the working pressure of not less than 3.5MPa;
6. The wear rate of friction pad is far lower than 7.0 × 10-6cm3/kN·m；
7. The friction pad is oil and water resistant, and does not decompose after long-term contact with oil and water, and its performance does not change.
