High-Octane Collaboration: WOOT Factor Curates a Winning Offsite for TransUnion.

WOOT Factor orchestrated an exceptional two-day offsite experience for TransUnion employees at the Westin Powai on July 18 and 19. Guided by the theme "Accelerate," inspired by Formula 1, the event aligned with TransUnion’s motto of "paanch ka dum, paanch kadam," symbolizing their collective unity and shared goals of targeting the 500 million mark.



WOOT Factor, a distinguished event management firm known as "Brand Architects," specializes in crafting unique experiences for esteemed partners. For this event, WOOT managed all aspects, from hotel bookings and travel to logistics, ensuring a seamless execution. The theme "Accelerate" was intricately linked to speed, cars, and the exhilarating world of Formula 1. The event's motto, "Accelerate towards one goal," highlighted the drive and ambition essential for individual and team success.

Pre-event excitement was generated through strategic communication collaterals, countdown mailers, F1-themed merchandise, and engagement activities. Digital teasers and motivational videos from senior management further built anticipation. We even sent F1 themed merchandise to their office to be distributed amongst employees to keep the buzz alive before the main days. WOOT also organised engagement activities for TU employees to ramp up the excitement. Engaging digital teasers and motivational videos from senior management were circulated to build excitement prior to the event. WOOT Factor exhibited their innate characteristic of being ‘brand architects’ whilst incorporating all these elements.

On July 18, the event commenced with joint sessions, conferences, and presentations, featuring themed dress codes and culminating in an evening theme party. The venue was transformed into an F1 circuit, complete with tracks, pit stops, and thematic décor. Attendees received bands, lanyards, badges, and a welcome kit upon registration. An AI Photo booth with F1 props and a Glam Bot added interactive and celebratory elements, enhancing the overall experience.


WOOT Factor meticulously managed the event for over 800 participants, ensuring a seamless flow. Day 1 concluded with "TU’s Got Talent," where employees showcased their skills, followed by a "Pit Lane Party" with attendees dressed as F1 race celebrities. The event’s décor, backdrop, and setup transitioned from a corporate theme in the morning, highlighted by an air-suspended F1 car display, to a celebratory ambiance in the evening, marking a pit stop pause before the next day’s activities.




Day 2 featured insightful conferences and presentations, followed by "Break-Out Zones" where diverse departments held individual conferences. The day ended with the "Finish Lane" party, featuring a live performance by singer Amit Mishra, energizing the crowd with popular Bollywood numbers, followed by a DJ session for attendees to unwind and enjoy.
