High Marks, Big Awards: Alignment Health has that 2025 Glow ??

2024 has been an outstanding year for us, but it’s not all about growth. It’s about our members, like it has been from the beginning. That means we’re laser-focused on retention and ensuring an exceptional member experience. As a testament to this dedication, we’re proud to share that we have been named to the Honor Roll of the Best Insurance Companies for Medicare Advantage (MA) in 2025 by U.S. News & World Report in Arizona, California, Nevada and North Carolina. Put simply, this means we’re considered well above average. Our commitment to delivering excellent care and member experience remains stronger than ever across all our markets.??

This recognition comes on the heels of earning high marks from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2025. Every year, CMS evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating, which represents excellent performance.???

Here’s a snapshot:??

• Our North Carolina/Nevada HMO contract was one of only seven plans in the country to earn the coveted 5- out of 5-star rating ???

• Our California PPO improved to 4.5 stars ???

• Once again, our California HMO achieved 4 stars, marking its eighth consecutive year as a 4-star or greater plan ???

• As a result, 98% of our members are in plans rated 4 stars or greater ???

“The agent for Alignment took time to research the answer [to] an unusual question about coverage for me today. In July, while visiting family in a state in which Alignment does not do business, I fell and broke my hip.?
