High levels of conciousness achieve high levels of participation in EHS of all the members of the organization?

Scientists of behavioral sciences have mentioned that there is only one source that causes all the problems of human beings - from the simplest to the most serious - the low level of consciousness.
Do not confuse the term "level of consciousness" with “academic level”, this simply represents the formal studies that a person has done in higher education institutions (universities, institutes, etc.) We could talk about bachelor’s degree, specialty, masters, doctorate. Having any of these academic levels does not necessarily means that the level of consciousness has also increased.
Likewise, do not confuse with the concept of "intelligence level", a person can have a high level of intelligence but not that of conscience.
Focusing on the prevention processes related to the protection of health and life of workers and the environment, I will highlight the importance of teamwork, it is not possible to reach zero injuries and on the other hand, have excellent results in environmental protection if you do not have the active participation of all members of the organization.
That is why in the organizations where I′ve had the opportunity to implement this behavior-based program, I started with a very intense training program training on what it means to develop a high level of consciousness and focus on prevention processes , that every member of the organization carry out in daily practice behavior that continually transforms, improve their safety, their health, their life and that of their coworkers, as well as take care of their work tools, machinery and equipment, raw materials, intermediate and final products, facilities, processes and the environment, actively participating with ideas, proactively, with initiatives. Establishing in this way a continuous process of improvement in Safety, Health and Environment.
It is convenient, in parallel, to implement a Safety, Health and Environment Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45000, Clean Industry, other Management Systems that some companies have created in a particular way, for example) in order to ensure that the results will be maintained in the long term.
All this produces a synergistic effect that has a great impact on all prevention processes, making the level of consciousness grow in every day of each member of the organization, developing and reinforcing the organizational culture in Health, Safety and Environment.
Organizations can achieve excellent results with this (zero accidents, 100% compliance with legislation, 100% compliance with corporate standards).
