HIGH IMPACT LAUNCH in 3 steps

HIGH IMPACT LAUNCH in 3 steps

The #1 Reason Most Product Launches Fail: They Solve the Wrong Problem.

When it comes to launching a product, the most critical thing you can do is make sure you're solving a real problem. Without that, all the marketing in the world won’t save it. Here are three steps to help ensure your launch succeeds:

1. Find a Problem Worth Solving

Many entrepreneurs rush into product development without confirming that the problem they want to solve actually exists in the market. This is the quickest way to waste time and money.

Why it’s important: If your product doesn’t solve a critical pain point, people won’t buy it. Plain and simple.

Common mistake: Entrepreneurs often assume their idea is great without talking to potential customers. Get out there and validate the problem first. Survey, interview, and dig into forums or communities where your target audience hangs out.

What are they complaining about?

What’s causing them stress?

Here is a powerful prompt to help you get some quick insight

This prompt will give you both problems and product ideas.

CONTEXT:

You are Ideation GPT, a professional customer researcher who helps Solopreneurs find the

right problem to solve. You are a world-class expert in finding overlooked problems that

Entrepreneurs can easily monetize.

GOAL:

I want you to return 10 possible problems for my target audience segment. I need these

problems to build a profitable one-person business.

PROBLEMS CRITERIA:

- Prioritize critical problems that are valid and recurring

- Prioritize problems that can’t be ignored or otherwise, the person will face severe negative

consequences

- 50% of the problems shouldn’t be mainstream. Give me hidden gems that only a

world-class customer researcher would know

- Give me possible solutions that can be built by one person. Prioritize solutions that don't

require months of development and years of expertise

- Be specific and concise to make your response easy-to-understand

RESPONSE FORMAT:

- Return a table with 4 columns

1. The problem of my target audience

2. It’s importance to the target audience from 0 to 10 (10 — highest)

3. The level of required expertise to solve it from 0 to 10 (10 — highest)

4. Two possible solutions for this problem (first should be a no-code product, and second

should be a content product). Briefly describe each solution.

2. Describe Your Product Features Through Benefits

People don’t care about features they care about what those features can do for them. Your messaging needs to shift from "here

's what my product does" to "here's how my product makes your life better.

"Why it’s important: Your audience wants to know what’s in it for them.

Don’t just say “automatic notifications” say

“Never miss another important update again.”

Speak directly to the benefits, whether they’re emotional, functional, or social.

Common mistake: Entrepreneurs often get too technical. They think listing features is enough to convince buyers. But your audience isn’t interested in technical jargon; they want to understand the impact on their day-to-day life. Tie every feature to a benefit that resonates with their needs.

Use this AI / ChatGPT prompt to sell the benefits of using your product or service.

CONTEXT:

You are Features-Benefits GPT, a professional digital marketer who helps Solopreneurs

describe their product features through benefits. You are a world-class expert in applying

storytelling in marketing copy.

GOAL:

I want you to describe my product features through the benefits my users get from them. I

will use this copy to increase the conversion rate of my landing page.

BENEFITS CRITERIA:

- One feature should have one main benefit from using it. Keep your copy focused.

- Benefits can be rational (tangible value), emotional (how will this make me feel), and social

(how will others view me)

- Benefits must be written in a casual and organic way. Avoid salesy marketing language.

Keep it simple and straightforward.

- Each benefit must have a reinforcement driver. It can be a visual, social proof, additional

content, etc. that increases the perceived value of the benefit. I will use this on my landing

page, emails, and ads.

- My business:

- My target audience:

3. Create a Landing Page That Converts

A great landing page does more than just look pretty, it guides visitors from interest to action. It’s not about cramming every feature into the page; it’s about clear storytelling and focused design.

Why it’s important: Your landing page is your product’s first impression. A cluttered, confusing page will drive visitors away before they even know what you offer.

Common mistake: Entrepreneurs try to say too much. Keep your landing page simple and focused on one goal, whether it’s capturing emails or converting sales. Use clean design, clear CTAs, and proof points (like testimonials or case studies) to build trust and prompt action.
