The chiller in question is an industrial refrigeration unit specifically designed to meet the cooling demands of modern data centers. Many of these units have been ordered, and all of them are being produced, tested, and delivered within the expected time.
Key Technical Features:
The chiller described today has a cooling capacity of 1750 kW and is designed to manage the high thermal loads common in data centers. The unit has a rated Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of 2. 4 under design conditions, which include indoor temperatures of 22-14°C and an external temperature of 40°C. The use of R513A refrigerant, which has a low GWP also reduces environmental impacts and complies with high environmental standards. The condensers that are designed to operate in free cooling mode. During the cold season, the water is cooled by the cold weather. This allow big energy savings, as the compressors can stop operating, leaving only the 24 electric fans running. Concentrating on the evaporator, it is a shell-and-tube design that ensures high thermal efficiency and durability. The secondary fluid used is a mix of water and propylene glycol at a 50% volume ratio, enabling the chiller to operate at low temperatures. The device can function at full capacity with ambient temperature between -20°C and +45°C.The evaporator's secondary fluid flow is guaranteed by a centrifugal pump with a pressure head of 5 bars and an inverter, which allows for the adjustment of water flow according to the thermal load.

High Reliability: This three circuit layout, combined with high-quality components, ensures the uninterrupted and safe running of the DFIG, allowing also the machine to partially operated in steps, working at 50%, 75% or 100%
Energy Efficiency: The 24 electrical fans operating for the 12 condensers provide high energy efficiency under various external conditions. Additionally, the free cooling mode significantly reduces energy costs during cold season.
Flexibility: This aspect is an advantage regarding flexibility meant to cater for differing and constantly evolving applications and their environmental contexts.
Sustainability: Special attention is given to the environmental friendliness of the unit, and the use of the low-GWP R513A refrigerant is an indication of this commitment.
