I want to share my framework of thinking about work-life balance that I teach to my clients.

I learned it through exposure to people who manage to have it all – fulfillment, epic career and epic life.

Life isn't a 5K race.

It’s an ultra-marathon with no finish line.

Entrepreneurs sign up to keep going until it’s done – but there’s no date for when that’s supposed to happen.

Will you last without destroying your life in the process?

Here’s how to better answer the second part of the question: what has to change?

Biology

You’re a bio machine.

You need proper sleep, food, and movement to keep yourself running smoothly.

As one friend puts it, “Get yourself serviced like you would your car.”

If you want to achieve big goals, treating your body well isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Priorities

During our chat, a “weird” thing emerged.

Everyone had a different vision of work-life “balance” and living a good life.

For some, family was the focus. For others, business was the main thing.

So, if you continue on this path, will you be happy now and in a decade?
