1 个月This really hit home. Burnout is something I talk to my clients about all the time, and it’s true—it’s not your fault, but it is your responsibility to manage it. Taking that first step to recognize it is the hardest part. Once you do, even small changes can make a world of difference in recovering from it. Prioritizing self-care is key, and it’s often the last thing we think about when we’re in the middle of burnout.

1 个月So true. Often times I find myself stressing over the most trivial things. I know they are trivial but I still stress myself out for no good reason. Also, a product of my billable hour trauma is my constant need to not waste time even when there is no deadline.
