Introduction
I've participated in two change forums in recent years as speaker, one on "becoming a better person for sustainability" (https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/co-creative-leadership-sustainability-development-models-yang-%E6%9D%A8%E7%84%B1%E6%96%87/ ) and another on "human elevation for business" (https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/how-radically-innovate-workplace-elevate-humans-business-lionel-yang/ ). It has come to my intuition that there are unresolved problems rooted in the broken epistemology and fragmented meaning as a result of denial of metaphysics and ontology since Enlightenment. I have continued to do post-research based on the palimpsest and polyphony of these two themes in my mind and keen to absorb dialectics through the synchronicity and synthesis of secondary data. After years of going through the lost-and-found of recorded interviews & dialogues of scholars and thinkers in the manner of hermeneutics of Absolute phenomenology (gathering the observer/observed whole for the purpose of being in the world), It is becoming quite clear to me that those who are shouting for rethinking of social science, business studies, management and leadership theories as well as economics do not go far and honest enough to see and acknowledge the root of all Enlightenment problem is secularism. Overcoming secularism is the necessary aseity for the coherence purpose of human elevation beyond Darwinism, Whiteheadism, Complexity Theory and systems thinking. We could only able to "become a better person for the business of sustainability through human elevation" by rebelling against the secularization of reality, its nihilistic manifestation of materialism, empiricism, postmodernism, post-constructionism.
Human Consciousness Onto Purpose - The Most Significant 2nd Coming Since Platonism
Humans are heralding into the turbulent 21st century with the religious inheritance of broken meanings & epistemology of empirical materiality of the last few secular centuries. But at the same time, the religious foundation of this atheistic totalitarianism and domineeringness is now being chopped through and crumbled by courageous doubts of science, philosophy and faith coming together for Purpose.
The modern history since Enlightenment has always been the subtlety of open tussling between meaninglessness and Purpose, between the atheism of materialistic empiricism and theism of observer’s immateriality. Science has always sided with the materialistic sedition and produced atheists at mass through educational secularism for centuries. But the hope for a new revolution for Purpose is beginning to turn real. The ontology of human consciousness onto Purpose is in need to herald a new era of human elevation. The early adopters would be individuals and organizations that would have the temperance to pursue the conviction of the coming re-renaissance, which is the most significant human elevation since Platonism two millennia ago.
The Ontology of Human Consciousness Onto Purpose
The Purpose is the uncaused for all causation in life.
The causation is both immaterially designed and undetermined through the uncaused Purpose.
Humans are the observers in the world both by design and by the indeterminism of Purpose. This observer’s Immateriality is called consciousness.
The Purpose of human consciousness is to cause the immaterial design of goodness, beauty and justice in the world.
And at the same time,
The Purpose of human consciousness is also to cause the immaterial indetermination of free will and creative emergence in the world, called imagination.
The grasping, participation, reminiscence and correspondence of this Triadic Reality of Purpose(God)-Observer(Human)-Imagination and its trialectics would elevate human onto Purpose-led existence, goodness and sustainability.
The Hierarchy Of Consciousness
A step by step guide onto transformation of consciousness as whole of observed reality & thought, elevating from linear to holistic intelligibility and dimensional grasping.
Closing the gap of material/immateriality phenomena, helping people transform gradually onto higher consciousness, boosting performance of correspondence, synthesis and creative emergence.
Elevate from the outdated "hierarchy of needs" that limits one with finite and reductive thinking to infinite intuition & synchronistic interconnectivity.
Increase the frequency of imagination, flow & possibility of the observer and observable participation, either at individual and organizational level, inside and outside, from operation, management to leadership.
The Crossroad of Scientific Revolution - Science Beyond Materiality or Immateriality Is Beyond Science ?
A scientific community advocating new paradigm of observer's immateriality, consciousness and Purpose has emerged after few centuries of empirical and materialistic scientism motivated by secular paradigm since Enlightenment. Scientific Revolution is coming to its nihilistic ends and nibbling its expired paradigm at the crossroad of trying to reinvent its relevance to human consciousness and Purpose.
Science would have to limit its scope to materialistic scientism, in such would best called engineering, or redefine to include the philosophy and faith of observer’s Immateriality or consciousness.
Secondly, science has placed worldview before evidences, making assumptions and predictions that could not or has not been observed directly. Thus the question is, how empirical, verifiable and falsifiable this worldview is ? (putting science back to its recursive test). In addition, is scientific worldview merely the paradigm shift or rooted in metaphysics? The formal is a shift on collective opinion, the later about the Origin, God or the Creator and the Purpose.

Third, if science would include observer’s Immateriality or human consciousness and the Purpose as its re-paradigm, then its metaphysics would require entire new foundation of thought not merely about the dialectics of epistemological concrescence but the ontological trialectics of hermeneutics of Absolute phenomenology.
For What We Could Not Fully Know But Known

There’s much admiration going to Sir Roger Penrose in his attempt to unpack G?del’s ontology proof of God existence, particularly the conviction and courage in going down to the non-computational route of the observer’s Immateriality or human consciousness to explain what “understanding” is.
My view is, the keyword he uses, “understanding”, inspired by G?del intentionality on God, is already a big hint that he is slowly surrendering from gnostic deism to theism, that, there “could be a truth in such a view” and he is “not saying he deny it”, he just wanting more explanation on the G?del’s Godlike object, as it “is something with a consciousness of its own”.
Roger Penrose is a living example of a better person with highest education, that science, faith and philosophy could go hand in hand as a trans-disciplinary trialectics into the journey of perfection for what we could not fully know but known.
Process Philosophy and its Process Theology is based on almost-outdated scientific worldview
The era that Whitehead had lived underlying the context of postmodern and social construction, the continual influence of secular worldview underneath.
The danger of defining metaphysics merely in the processes (flux of change) gets nothing elevated to reclaim the absolute of morality & consciousness, except now the old wine of nihilism is in the new bottle ! To redefine God as postmodern and social construction is akin of producing a fiction novel to be worshipped by narcissists. Is this what these smart people really want to do ? To persist the dreadful history of secularism, its capitalism, neoliberalism and now artificial intelligence for the aim to foolishly replace humanity with cold-blooded actual entities of profit and power ?
The mistake of process philosophy is the wrong take in the concept of evolution. If Whitehead had known one day Darwinism could be replaced by Intelligence Design in this 21st century, he would not have created a nihilistic God.
Sure, the theistic orthodoxy had also made its indisputable mistake, to punish the innocent of Galileo for his truthfulness in discovering God. The inhumane crime was with the orthodoxy, not the Absolute of God. God had not caused the rise of secularism but the naivety of humans had. Thus faith must recognize the role of science in observed facts and prepare to honor God’s Absolute with maturity along science. However, creating a nihilistic God to get ride of the orthodoxy could not be in the same thread of denouncing the Absolute of God, because, the metaphysical transcendence of Godness is with the uncaused Absolute, not the concrescence of causal relationship.
Process theology is a secular religion movement, it doesn’t elevate humans from secularism. Process alone would still be another pontification of materialism without the participation of observer’s Immateriality or human consciousness onto Purpose. One cant' claim to be immaterial if it doesn't first elevate from realism to idealism and ascend to human consciousness. Without real transformation of consciousness flourishing from the divine revelations of good, beauty and just, the vicious cycle of lack of creative emergence would persist and humanistic nature could not be redeemed.
Process philosophy is Darwinism with a religious hat. It put process as the metaphysics and without realizing that metaphysics must call for the ultimatum of Purpose. God is the uncaused Absolute before the causality of processes, and to place God amongst the causality is akin to a godless philosophy. Process theology is secular and godless as it lack the objective morality to guide humans in the face of evil and suffering, unable to offer any actionable salvation and theistic meaning. It Is just another postmodern pointless gimmick.
Complexity Has A Purpose
Can a nihilistic version of complexity theory survived its lack of criticality of the origin? We have to think in term of the metaphysics of complexity rather than merely just the nihilistic concrescence. To think of the why, not just what.
Current complexity theory Is deficient & incoherent with anthropic fune-tuning and more up-to-date scientific discovery of Intelligence Design, complexity has a Purpose. If we are indeed heralding into the post-Darwinian paradigm of punctuated equilibrium, complexity that’s based on Darwinian evolution is already dead.
Let’s differentiate between nihilistic concrescence and complexity of human consciousness. If we are to claim complexity is merely necessity or by chance we are denying the origin of complexity itself, and complexity would be shown merely as broken meaning. The materialistic view of “complexity” is inadequately incompatible with human experience in repentance with existence & sustainability that requires the grasping, participation, reminiscence and correspondence of observer’s Immateriality.
Complexity has a irreducible complex beginning.
The irreducible complexity of complexity begins with a purposive whole of observer/observed synchronicity and synthesis.
Thus, all along Complexity Theory is not really about complexity but merely the concrescent of materialistic manifestation which itself lack the proficiency of change. No wonder complexity theory finds its synonym with nihilistic economics.
“Adjacent possible” simply signifies that consciousness is the fundamental of reality and complexity has a purpose. Otherwise, adjacent possible will be viewed as a concept of randomness rather than reason. But then you need consciousness to explain adjacent possible, on the contrary, you don’t need adjacent possible to explain consciousness, it is simply the fundamental of reality, while “adjacent possible” might not actually exist.
The Implicate Order Of Wholeness
Lots been say about "holistic thinking" or "systemic thinking" that's needed to re-purpose organizations, but the question is where is the whole?The atheistic materialism worldview is secular, postmodern and nihilistic, relying solely on narcissistic hysteria to justify passion. Thus not surprise that one can't go far with the concrescence before inconsistent kicks in and unrooted wholeness starts falling apart falling back to the hole of reductionism.
The other way, the non-analytic, synthetic & synchronistic way of grasping the whole is to be in reminiscence and correspondence arisen through the observer's immateriality or human consciousness onto purpose, and from this source of metaphysical intelligibility, the uncaused Absolute, elevated onto grasping and participation of existence and becoming whole again and again from the coherence of correspondence with the Absolute.
I think, thereof I AM - Scientific Paradigm Shift From The Accused To The Accusers
The observer/observed whole of being in the world onto purpose would redeem human consciousness from the heredity of materialism, its broken meaning and obliteration of metaphysical fundamental.
Consciousness is the fundamental of reality.
How do we know that?
Because once one is able to get rid of materialistic way of knowing, one would come to the understanding that there’s something else, the phenomenology of the Absolute in hermeneutics. Beyond the wall of visibility, one would not be merely observing but become the observer of immateriality. This elevation of human consciousness would unleash this imagination of grasping, participation, reminiscence and in correspondence with Purpose and God.
The burden of proof (of consciousness, purpose and God) is not with the accused, not with separating and reducing reality to empirical observation or linear analytics, but with the accuser’s own overcoming of atheistic naturalism.
Conclusion
My view is not popular because it has no"guaranteed success factors" that people want to win immediately, like the sure formula of winning the lottery, i don't have that.
Unfortunately i am not a gospel expert, neither about religion orthodoxy. These fields are very divided as well, but i am following those who dare to step out of the orthodoxy to connect the orthodoxy with human consciousness, especially those who were initially atheists but later converted to become theists and these are/were extremely smart people. Some of whom i am observing closely who are already in the middle of the journey. These people provide the rich secondary data of evidence for my contemplation.??
In addition, i think we don't have to be religion or gospel experts to come to be in the grasping, participation, reminiscence and correspondence of the uncaused Absolute and human consciousness, not necessary through logic, but through surrendering, suffering and salvation. If God is true, the Truth is already bestowed upon us before all knowings, we are just finding our way Home throughout our lived experience, i think therefore I AM.?
The purpose of faith is to help us to become better person, and we have to become well educated in order to be better. Unfortunately, academic is not the right space for highest attainment of best education because the evidence is very clear that academic has been deliberately obliterating the ultimate fact finding through literature review, all the content of God participation of the authors are denied and coercively hidden in order to ensure only secular worldview is allowed to prevail. This is daylight totalitarianism.
The academic approach to reality is incompatible with elevation of human consciousness?The academic approach to reality is mechanistic, it has to stick to a single methods or methodology just because it can be traced and programmed reductively. But then linearity would also render the methods or methodology deviating from emergence that might be non-deterministic and causation is trans-disciplinary. In addition, academic approach discards the role of the observer's immateriality or human consciousness in ability to arrive to its own synthesis independently from analytics of literature review. This is because academic does not allow an absolute consciousness as a priori where illumination is bestowed upon, not derived. Thus academic reality is deliberately distanced from participating in the world and withdrawing self consciousness by mechanistically embracing the secularism of self indulgence of he-says or she-says.
We are now forced to seek alternatives in educational truth or look for good examples of how the highest education could be elevated outside of academic studies. The future of educated persons would not be defined by the domineeringness of academic institutions, but by freedom and fairness to become better persons of the liberal arts.
The coherent meaning of human life could not be corresponded by single-disciplinary endeavor of science, philosophy or faith alone. The current broken-meaning crisis of human existence degraded by nihilistic epistemology could only be elevated through the unification of all these disciplines onto the restoration of God’s Absolute for the becoming of beings in the world.
Science and faith could coexist as shown before in history as greater version of human elevation onto the whole of God’s Absolute.
The aim of science is to discover the engineering & mathematical precisions of God’s Intelligence Design & Fine-Tuning, while the aim of faith is to mature the meaning of salvation of God’s free will.
Now, faith and science must co-create and co-effect to unify the observer/observed consciousness onto the Absolute purpose of human elevation.
Philosophy synthesizes the imagination of both faith and science through metaphysics and ontology, steps inside to correspond God-Human-Imagination, and steps outside for the trialectic interpretation of its hermeneutics of Absolute phenomenology.
The trans-disciplinary of science, philosophy and faith should be unified and concentrated as the education of new liberal arts for elevation of human consciousness onto purpose and the coherent meaning of human life.
