Beautiful satellite picture of A 68 A in the clear sky pushed by current and wind into Northerly direction. Current, swell and wind conditions, favorable. Same as the temperature of the sea and air.

Initial observation from July 2017, when A68A was still in the Weddel sea.

Transiting the North Atlantic on the QE2 in April 1993 keeping well south of all known ice we sighted a large iceberg approximately 10 miles south of our track. It was the size of a Giza pyramid. Hope that history does not repeat! Here is Donald Trumps take as a surviving Captain of Titanic:
