Hide the last edited information from the pop-up window in Map Viewer

Summary

In ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS, when the 'Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features)' option is checked on the Settings tab of the hosted feature layer's item details page, the last edited information is displayed in the Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic pop-ups.

This article provides instructions to hide the last edited information from the pop-up window in Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic.

Procedure

Map Viewer

  1. Open the map in Map Viewer. Click Layers on the Contents (dark) toolbar, and select the feature layer with data in the pop-up.
  2. On the Settings (light) toolbar, click Pop-ups.
  3. Click the Close button next to Last edited summary.

Map Viewer Classic

  1. Open the map in Map Viewer Classic. Click Details > Content.
  2. Browse to the feature layer, click More Options , and click Configure Pop-up.

  1. Uncheck the Show when last edited check box and click OK.
