Margaret, thank you for sharing this information. Working in a toxic environment is challenging. It lowers morale and dulls the enthusiasm of workers who do care. I agree with your suggestions but also would like to see why management is not held to that higher standard in terms of seeing problems and working to address them so everyone feels heard.
