Hidden costs double the price of your Home Gateway and Set Top Box

A recent Case study reveals that the operations cost for the operator linked to maintenance, support and non faulty found products double the price of your Home Gateway and Set Top Box.

With the right tools there is a potential to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership by at least 15%. If you are an operator please let me know if you would like to get the case study.

MTel BG are quite familiar with all cost, concerning CPEs. We do our own refurbishment and reuse devices all the time. I am very interested in reading your study

Based on my experience, most of the window opportunity to improve TCO In home Gateways or STB is due to Operations Processes Improvement: refurbish, exchange rate, etc. However, those costs are not always well identity and managed

those costs are real but identified as opex not directly related to cpe features. Tco analytics provide clear developments areas and actions to minimize those costs.

There is no hidden cost in SmarDTV STBs so kinda strange that this case study is non-inclusive and possibly generic. Why don't you just share it?
