When we talk about language nowadays, we relate it directly to Politics, Religion, Media, commerce, etc. Simply, because language has always been a strong weapon that works in multiple ways. It has a very rare and special criterion which is flexibility. As a matter of fact, It dominates each and every small detail in our daily lives and literally in all fields.
We may wonder "why?" but the answer is highly obvious: language is a perfect tool for persuasion. For instance, let's take politicians as an example. They adopt an inclusive language and formulate it, trying to make it fit in their political speeches and consequently, you find people voting for that specific person or supporting that certain party. And this is mainly due to the fact that language is as powerful as a bullet that goes straight to one's brain. Furthermore, we can take the same example for religious people in their discourses. Regardless of God or faith, they believe in, still, they alter and utter words in a way that makes crowds follow their path. In fact, they make people worship that person who delivered the speech, thinking that he is their spokesman. But if you dig deep, you'll just realize that it's all about those sharpened words that hit inside and do their magic. Any person using any type of language even if it's sign, is going to put too much of themselves in it until they end up driven by its uncontrollable tempest. That's why language can be considered as the most important thing that's worth having a theory about.
Even in the field of Arts, language is used to steal one's imagination and gradually, it started to steal his curiosity as well.
When you go downtown and you start wandering in the streets, you encounter different advertisements, posters, magazines, and showcases. You get attracted by any colorful picture; so you start looking for any small hint or smell of words written alongside. And that is, despite the fact that we live in an illusional, image-based culture; still, our brains seek language and words to feed the appetite of our cultivated subconsciousness. And that's what all business sectors are doing. They serve a golden plate loaded with pictures and colors, thinking that that's what people are in urge to see. But this is proved to be wrong in a way or another because even if anybody sees a bare colored picture, their mind will immediately start wondering about the content of that image. And this process of wondering and thinking is in itself language in its abstract form. The brain will invent words trying to solve the confusion caused by that sight.
That's to say that language exists even if it doesn't seem to, and no matter how hard some people try to hide this fact they end up giving it more value accidentally.
We can never forget to mention the case of commercial domain. Indeed, in such big cosmetic stores or supermarkets employees are not always selected in reference to their decent physical appearance but in reference to their capacities of convincing people to buy products. That's the main reason why any candidate who submits for a job in an enterprise or anywhere else, is meant to go through an interview in which the interviewer focuses on the way the person speaks and the level of language formality he/she uses as well as body language as a whole entity by itself. After all, it is the ultimate measure that depicts and distinguishes one human being from the other as a suitable figure to attract clients.
