Hibernate and Hatch Retreat:
Rest, Reflect, and Refocus Your Year Ahead in a beautiful Cotswolds retreat. This is a unique wellness retreats, with a combination of executive coaching, meditation, Pilates, women’s health and nutrition and spa treatments. ?January is a tough month for so many women and this retreat will help you reenergise and be ready to fly through 2025 with renewed focus and passion.
This is an exclusive but down-to-earth retreat for four professional like-minded women who need to get off their multi-tasking trains for two days, leave their families, everyday life and work environment and kick off the year with intention.
This two-day retreat is designed to help you rest, reflect on your past achievements, and hatch new goals and dreams for the year ahead. Start 2025 in a positive way, take control, feel reinvigorated, and set your goals and strategy for the year ahead.
All hosts are like you, experienced leaders within their fields of expertise and busy multi-tasking women who will make it their priority to ensure you get the time you deserve and have a safe space to share your thoughts and aspirations for 2025.
Your retreat leader and facilitator is experienced life and leadership coach Rebecca Mander, who will be facilitating and leading this journey of wellbeing, inner peace, reflection and purpose, taking sessions from her award-winning Bounce Forward Programme.
The owner of this beautiful accommodation and founder of Boutique Luxury Retreats, Pollyanne Hooley, will be your host and ensure all your needs are catered for. ?
Claire Bastos will be running the Pilates Sessions. Claire is also a trained life coach and has extensive experience in the field of sport and exercise psychology helping people overcome obesity, fear of failure and other mental health concerns.

Day 1: Hibernate
Begin your journey by celebrating how far you’ve come. Ease into the retreat with a welcoming morning coffee and introductions, followed by sessions focused on acknowledging your strengths and accomplishments over the past year. Enjoy a reflective walk through the beautiful surroundings, a nourishing lunch, and a talk on resilience and mindfulness. After lunch, there will some time for you to unwind, spend time in the Spa, have a treatment with Jennie and speak to Rebecca one to one, followed by a group Pilates session with Claire. ?As evening falls, indulge in a delicious meal with a nutritional talk and engage in a thoughtful discussion on the impostor phenomenon.
Day 1

Day 2: Hatch
After a restful night, it’s time to focus on the future. Start your day with a refreshing swim, Pilates and a mindful meditation to centre your thoughts. The day continues with coaching sessions aimed at identifying your values, purpose, and setting meaningful goals for the year ahead. Engage in a walk-and-talk session to align your past strengths with your future aspirations. A visualization exercise will help solidify your goals, followed by a relaxing afternoon tea. The retreat concludes with a summary and action plan session, ensuring you leave with clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.

Rebecca Mander, Lead Business Coach
Up until a few years ago, founder of GuruYouTM- Rebecca Mander, was Managing Director of a global consumer goods company. There, she led the UK subsidiary from a loss situation following the economic crisis into a £14m turnover company with her unique leadership style which has recently gained her a fellowship with the Institute of Leadership and Management. During her time in leadership, as well as professional challenges she also experienced great personal setback, the loss of her son, Charlie. Motivated by her experiences, she decided in 2014 to retrain at Warwick University as an executive coach.
Rebecca’s clients include some of the top firms in the professional services sector and she is valued for a straightforward and honest approach with compassion and understanding sectors that bring great stress and challenge to employees. Rebecca’s approach is warm, empathetic and supportive and whilst coaching encourages and brings confidence she understands the need to build resilience, develop new perspectives and better self-awareness to improve performance in leadership.
Claire Bastos, Pilates & Life Coach
Claire has over 16 years’ experience within the physiology field and has worked ?with the US Ski Team, Australian Olympic Gymnastics and pharma industry. As an Exercise Physiologist and practicing Sports Psychologist, Claire has worked closely with health care professionals and helped treat a range of patients with chronic diseases such as CHD, Diabetes, Arthritis and Osteoporosis. In addition Claire is a trained life coach and has extensive experience in the field of sport and exercise psychology helping people overcome obesity, fear of failure and other mental skill concerns.
Jennie Daffin, Beauty Therapist
Jennie is a holistic and beauty therapist with over 20 years experience operating in the Cotswolds. Choose a treatment to relax and enjoy with Jennie from reflexology, Indian or Swedish massage, or a facial.
Pollyanne Hooley, Your Host
Before moving to the Cotswolds and setting up Well Furlong Retreats and the directory Boutique Luxury Retreats, Pollyanne worked in the City for many years as a client facing project manager. She also set up and ran a successful holiday and events members club for like-minded professionals in London. She’s here to look after you with lovely accommodation, food, drink and activities to help you both relax, focus and connect with the beautiful Cotswolds countryside and prepare for your professional year ahead.
